Private Yoga Sessions:


We will create a yoga class that is tailored to your specific needs. If you are new to yoga, or want to address a specific physical or mental issue, schedule a private session or package of private sessions. Start with a one on one consultation and set up a program to tailor fit your needs. If you feel injury, illness, or weight are stopping you from living to your potential let yoga weave it’s magic into your life and free the path for your personal journey. This is also a wonderful way for beginners to feel confident to jump into a class armed with the basics of yoga.


Restorative:
Relieve stress and restore energy.  We will gradually stretch all the major joints, relieve tension held in the large muscles groups, and increase flexibility in all areas of the body. Props used to aid the body in relaxing and restoring your life energy. Great for beginners or stressed out Yoga devotees. (one hour and fifteen minutes)

Yoga for Golf and Tennis Players

In both Golf and Tennis there is a tremendous need to twist the torso. The more you can turn… the more force you can create in your shot. Therefore you need a more flexible back. Twisting postures will be explored in depth. In yoga, poses are practiced equally on both sides, thus creating symmetry in the body. If you are right handed or left handed that side of the body may be over developed as opposed to your “other” side. We will work to create a balance. 

Concentration and focus are key elements to a successful game. Yoga will teach you the art of deep and full breathing. Breathing through he nose as opposed to the mouth will allow you to take in more mind cleansing oxygen.
