Come and explore yoga and choreographed stretching. As we age it is very important to maintain flexibility, balance and strength. Join peers in this life’s journey as we age with grace and beauty. (1 hour)

Power Lunch Hour:


Break up the work day with an hour of meditation, flowing sun salutations, choreographed postures and deep relaxation.Take an hour for yourself and rejuvenate. It’s better than Burger King!!! (1 hour)
