Yoga by Candlelight:


Come and bask in the glow of candles as we move through a gentle flow set to soothing music. We will gradually stretch all the major joints, relieve tension held in the large muscles groups, and increase flexibility in all areas of the body. Basic yoga postures and simple Vinyasa will fine tune effort with the art of relaxation. (1 hour 15 minutes)

Yoga Level 1:


New to Yoga? Come and learn what everyone is raving about. Learn correct alignment, basic postures, and begin the journey of all that is Yoga. (1 hour)

Pilates:

This core workout will strengthen, tone and align the body.  (1 hour)
