Young children are natural yogis. Our very first asana or (pose) is the
fetal position in the womb. Little ones roll, arch, and touch their toes
with laughter and abandon. As we grow older life happens and as
responsibilities increase we play less and stress more. Yoga brings
us back to a simpler time when we lived in the moment and simply
touching our toes brought joy.
